Single Conductor Extrusion

vHF offers extrusion line components or complete extrusion lines for the production of singles wires. The extruder (with accessories) can be supplied by the user or purchased and supplied by vHF. The line components are selected according to the product specification. Dual overhead pay-offs and dancer controlled tangential pay-offs are available whereby speeds up to 1400 m/min (4600 ft/min) are possible. For cooling the conductor vHF supplies multi-pass cooling troughs.

Conductor haul-off by dual take-up whereby the wheel capstans can be integrated to save space. By use of cylindrical and conical reels a conveyer system will be used for reel transportation. Line control preferably by a Siemens PLC. Data input can be via a simple operating panel or control desk or graphic screen with data memory.
