Jacketing

vHF is able to provide complete extrusion lines as well as a wide range of extrusion line components.

The vHF product range includes individual line components as well as complete jacketing lines. The extruder can be supplied by the client or purchased by vHF. The line components are selected according to the product specification. A variety of take-ups and pay-offs are available for reel sizes up to 2800 mm (110").

For cooling the cable vHF supplies multi-pass or standard cooling troughs. If required, we can supply closed circuit cooling systems and temperature control. We normally supply line control by a Siemens SPS. Data / parameter input can be accomplished via a simple operating panel or control desk or graphic screen with data memory.

All machined components are produced at the vHF facility. This insures an efficient spare parts supply and service by vHF personnel if required.
